What is the reason of calling customer service to redeem the points. Why there is no option of redeeming the points with the mobile application like other banks as you can do what you want with your points.
So I try to open the app using my password. It says invalid password. Well, I am 100% certain that my password is correct, so I decided to check it. I ask to change the password so go through the usual checks, account number, date of birth. I then enter my old password, the one which FAB is telling me is incorrect and up comes the message: you cannot enter your previous password. But you wouldn’t let me open my app with that previous password as you told me it was incorrect! Useless...
I like the app it’s user friendly but little bit difficult at the beginning specially setting up your passwords however, once you get to use it you’ll find it easy. If they can add an option to redeem your earned points instead of calling the call centre it would be better like some other bank apps.
