I haven't yet attempted to use this app since one must give it a positive review in order to use a user provided picture as the background for my new masterpiece personal wallpaper. I personally feel this app per its initial requirement to review it before one can use it isn't for the ordinary, mortal user. Yet, it was written for gypsies, psychics, fortune tellers, and carnies. Since I am none of these, I can only say what I know based on my limited experience. 1. The app downloaded nicely and quickly. 2. The app installed just as nicely and problem free as every other app I've ever downloaded from Apple's App Store. 3. The app has a bright, brilliant, contemporary look, appealing to most diehard Apple fans who are commonly attracted to new, shinny, contemporary devices and programs! I have moderate hopes going into this endeavor, as I'm spun right now trying to keep what my interest was resulting in my brief retire to write this review. Heck, I've already lost interest and will likely delete this app later after forgetting why I downloaded it. Time for PNP. Ezra

MUST rate 5 stars if you want to create your own custom wallpapers with this app. If it's worth it, my rating will stay at 5 stars. If not, I'm coming back & changing my review. Well... I'm back & I'm changing my review. This app is lame. Basically, it lets you (once you've rated it 5 stars that is) use the images from your photo gallery as wallpapers for your home screen ( NOT lock screen). Only thing different is that it also offers a few overlay patterns to choose from that you you can place over your image & then allows you to blur it if you wish. That's it. Like I said... lame. 😒

The developer of this application forces you to publish a review of this app in order to use all of the features that are available with the FREE version. I do not subscribe to, agree with, or appreciate the principles or business standards that this developer practices by in demanding users to complete an action to access certain features. Regarding the actual application, the interface is extremely unintuitive and there are next to no customization options, unlike the App Store description would have you believe.
