I bought a kettle ball during the pandemic as a low cost way to workout at home during the pandemic. I discovered a lot of different exercises to use with it with this app. It’s like having my own personal trainer at home.
Not at all what I was looking for. Wanted a home medicine ball routine, this almost requires you be at a gym. And you only get two days free, after is 2.99 for the rest of the workouts. Not interested.
