Theft
It has happened to me four times by now that I either got products that have been replaced with cheaper ones, parts missing or broken ceramics because they were not properly packaged. While I have been a loyal customer for at least 10 years in Sweden, France and Denmark, this has only happened in Romania. There are people that purposely steal from the packages and replace them (or not) with much cheaper objects. I ordered a scale from Berlinger House and it came with a scale Silvercrest from Lidl. The woman called Andreea from customer service had a horrible attitude and hung up the phone on me. Please be careful with this company!

Sent wrong item, refuse to take responsibility!
They had sent me the wrong item which I then transported to another country and then it revealed to be a wrong item. I contacted them I asked for partial refund and they did nothing. They absolutely refused to take and responsibility for a wrong item just because it was outside of Germany.
