The App Never Works
If I was rating the app solely on the mechanics, I’d give it at most three stars. But the fact I have to constantly contact their support team because I cannot even log in just to be told every time that they’re “working on it” is so frustrating. There are so many better options for your business, do NOT use Legacy Touch.

Not compatible with Dark Mode
My phone has been set in dark mode since September... I have to now keep it in light mode in order to read anything in this app. I hope that is addressed in a new update.

Great Idea, but...
Great idea, but the photo capture can be difficult to trigger. Even when lined up perfectly, the camera will not usually capture an image without repeatedly trying, adjusting ambient light, or adjusting the led light in settings. A manual shutter button would be very beneficial when you can see a print clearly in focus. In some cases, you can spend 15 - 20 minutes trying to get a print with no result other than frustration. Rehydrating a fingertip can sometimes help - sometimes - but not always. Great concept. Needs work in a practical application.
