Foreigners in China, do not use the app! I managed to buy a phone without identity verification (only for Chinese ID, Hong Kong, and Macau residents) and send one message to the seller. Anyway, I hope that the phone was in good condition, and it was for the first 10 days. But without the verification, I could not confirm the purchase order (10 days automatic confirmation), can’t evaluate the order, and can’t communicate with anyone on the platform, like messaging or leaving the comments. Then, when problems occurred, I managed to find the seller through the contract on the parcel. The seller was quite friendly, but he avoided couple issues with the phone in the description and more than 7 days passed to return the item and money. So now I can’t officially complain through the app, and probably can’t even fix the phone…
