IONITY

Update: It turns out that the Electromaps app does support paying for and using Ionity chargers. If you don't live in the EU, use that instead of this app, it works great with Ionity chargers and plenty of other charging networks too! As a tourist from the US, I'm apparently forbidden from registering, as the account setup flow requires you select a home address within one of their short list of approved countries. Have they never heard of tourists or rental cars? This limitation is very frustrating for tourists, as another review also mentioned.

Absolutely the best. Wish it was everywhere. Best stations, fast charging, credit card readers on station, Apple Pay. Magnificent!

As simple as that. Many times none of the charging cables would work. Do not rely on this network as it's innacurate. Always check Google Maps as they are actually showing if any cable is available/works. Unfortunatelly Ionity native app doesn't show that. However, when it's working it's amazingly fast. So much potential, so little execution.
