IONAGE - EV Charging App

Extremely disappointed with the Ionage app and customer service. During one session, the app showed that my EV was charging, but in reality, it wasn’t receiving any power. Despite this, the amount was debited from my account. I immediately reported the issue to their support team, but they refused to acknowledge the fault and provided no refund or resolution. The customer service experience was very poor — unhelpful and dismissive. I hope they at least fix the technical issue so that no one else loses money like I did. Very frustrating and unacceptable experience.

The app is great, but it would be easier for the user to top-up if the app can save payment information like cards and UPI. The hassle to enter those info every time is kinda destroying the whole experience. Also, I did see one bug, when entering a default amount like 200₹ or 500₹, on the payment page it shows 1₹. Again the user has to go back and retype the original amount.

I found your ev charging services very helpful but please install charging station in my town Bagoda in Rajasthan. There is not even a single charging station there. It would be very very helpful. Please make it happen.
