They are always issuing new updates and new features. The program always runs smoothly, the invoices are easy to mail. Easy to adjust and look great. Everything is highly customizable, yet simple and intuitive to use. There are a few items I’d like to see enhanced. One would be the credit system’s integration with the time sheets. It would be nice if when a client has a prepaid credit the invoice for that client or project we’re to automatically take money from the credit and make a not on the credit bill which invoices the money has been applied to. Also, I would love for clients or projects to show more about how much they are billed, and owe (or have credit) in the timed invoice area. No app does everything, but this one has been the best and most flexible in dozens of different areas. Highly recommend.

There are so many features available on this great app that I don’t have a need for in my business, but I’m glad to know they’re there if I expand! Currently I’m a one-man-band. I’m nearing 60, so this app is appropriate for us older guys who might not be so tech savvy. And my consultancy work is fast, so I have my invoice done and submitted while I’m at the airport on the way home. No late invoicing on my end. It’s easy to keep my clients organized and their individual billing rates are easy to set up. Over the years I’ve been a user I’ve had a handful of issues that they always address and resolve. I tried many others but none of them came close to the functionality and ease of this app (not to mention the web version which I can access if my cel happens to have died.) I’ve used the web interface in hotel business centers, the desktop in lobbies, borrowed lap-tops, and even the occasional print shop/computer rental shop. So even if all my technology goes kaput, I can still get my money. I can’t recommend this app highly enough. It fits my needs perfectly.
