Worst customer support experience. I bought a faulty charging cable for the "boat" (for the second time), and when I reached out for help, the agent kept saying for 'transferring' me to different queues. I waited for over 20 minutes, actively messaging the whole time, only for them to abruptly close the chat claiming I had 'stepped away.' Absolute joke of a service. They avoid resolving issues by running out the clock on you. I have all the screenshots.

1/5 stars - Disappointed with the sudden drop in service. Used to get deliveries at my place (just outside city) for 2 years, but now they say 'service temporarily unavailable'. Turns out they've just reduced their delivery area and it's not a temporary issue 😔. Works fine in city though. Not happy about this change, especially since it affects last-minute orders. Hope they reconsider their delivery zones.

Instamart is completely unreliable. They first allowed me to place the order, the payment was done, and the order even showed “Out for Delivery”. After that, they suddenly cancelled the order saying there was an “operational issue”. Now my money is blocked for 5–6 days, which is very frustrating. If there was an operational issue, why was the order confirmed and sent out for delivery in the first place? This feels like a waste of time and money. Very poor service and bad customer experience.

Instamart's service is very fast, whenever I order any item, it is delivered in 10 minutes and new offers come every day, so thank you Instamart, for this kind of efforts
