The idea of the app is ok. It’s a bit annoying that you have to sign in every time and can’t sign in to both at same time. Also annoying that it can’t retain the password memory. Also it seems to load up the information each time for eg it didn’t have any appointments when I first went in but they appeared after a while… bit disconcerting!
They are so paranoid about people sharing passwords that they log you out of you PC when you use the iPad. Talk about throwing the baby out with the bath water! Learn a lesson from Netflix and start treating your customers graciously - or you leave the door wide open for another company that will.
You find the app after seeing a great presentation on YouTube, down load it and then it asks you to sign in? Not even a registration screen or even how to see one. If you have forgotten a password though you are covered!
