I thought I’d try something different for holiday shopping. Ordered a coffee pot for my daughter. Two weeks have passed. I have no shipping information, no idea when or if I’ll ever get my order. Customer support keeps responding to my messages with ”don’t worry”. Seriously shady. Don’t even try it. They’ll just take your money.
I purchased a pair of shoes and found them to be very uncomfortable. You cannot see poor quality and cheap materials in a picture. I have sent several emails asking to return them. Charlotte, who responded to my emails, states that “the product we sent you is in accordance with the specifications listed on our store page and for which the order was placed” Zero stars is a more accurate rating.
I usually shop in their website but I saw they just came out with an app and I was excited to give try it. Pretty cool stuff, easy to shop, shipping is a lot faster than other similar stores.
