Insight Quanta Capsule

It looks great in many aspects but there are two main fails that are crucial: 1. No dark mode. Even Apps that don't care about mental health or wellness have it and if you care about frequencies, you shall already know that bright colors are more disruptive for the nervous system. I'm already unused to this bright especially from evening and feels annoying. 2. I find no references to scientific studies and/or research that explain and validate how this App works, neither in App or the website. Fail.

I have been using this app for over 3 months now and I love it! I have been more relaxed and centered since I started using it. It’s very relaxing and I can feel the difference if I stop (which I have done once to test it)... The app is super simple to understand. I love that I can choose how much time to listen to my frequencies based on how much time I have. I also love to see the image of the waives as I listen to the frequencies. This app is a blessing to the ones that are lucky enough to be awake. Wish more people would take advantage of it.

The frequencies were really soothing, especially when I felt really stressed. It helped me release and let go of my negativity. The ability to assess my imbalances was pretty cool, so it helped focus on those areas for improvement in my mood and overall well-being. I really enjoy this app.
