I have been using Marlise’s meditation SOS Method for 18 years ! You can shift your energy in 5 minutes ! It’s simple and you can listen anytime … not just laying down with your eyes closed ! Love love love her meditations ! Highly recommend for everyone !

Finally- a meditation app that I really love. I’ve tried just about all the meditation apps out there over the years and have never found one that I really “clicked with”. This is the one! I love the custom music that is different for each meditation, the voice of the woman leading the meditation, and the fact it’s not wall to wall speaking. I can really let my mind wander or reflect on the very special words and phrases that she uses. All the meditations are 5 -11 minutes long, which is great for my hectic schedule. Plus, there is more than meditations in the app. I’m still going through the Discovery Programs that offer a deeper dive into ways to re-think and re-focus on certain topics (even some about meditating with your dogs!). And there are Life Tools with tips and hacks for dealing with the every day things that trigger us. Brilliant! Thrilled to have discovered SOS Method— my new go to meditation app!
