ImOn Whole Home Wi-Fi

The app has the possibility of being amazing. Being able to turn on and off certain devices from the app is amazing. Until it renames the device or forgets it or it won’t show up. It’s shown what it is of & now it’s just a giant disappointment. It’s so frustrating- ever update I hope, “this will be the time they get it right” and each update it is the time they make it worse. Do better IMON or I’m out!

This app has some interesting management features, but those features, along with any functionality don’t really matter when your service is as terrible as ImOn’s is.

We’ve had service for a little over a month everything promised was delivered and everything has been great. Had couple of questions for clarification and service was excellent sure I am glad we left the other people.
