Better if otp come to email because most of people lost sim or cannot recharge at pandemic time so sim sell to another people after 3 months by company and they add old number by mistake in pre-register vaccine document now how to start immune app

Both immune app and the registration link does not work here in Nigeria 🇳🇬, and we have some teachers trying to register their Vaxcerts and open their immune app Accounts, but nothing seems to work. With regards to the vaccine registration link, it shows a use that (website cannot be reached or it take too long to respond). Similarly, on immune app it’ll boot for quite a long time and eventually shows a use (unable to connect, please try again). Appreciating your efforts toward addressing these issues. Thanks 🙏

My brother registered for Covid19 vaccine and then he got his passport renewed. So the passport no. on his vaccination certificate is for his old passport. Please add a feature that allows users to update their information such as passport number.
