Buggy
Was hoping for a not so buggy and not so old fashion ui/ux. 🤷♂️ ie, can't change password because their website is not working, and dated, non intuitive design. Doesn't sync between apple device....yada yada yada. Hoping for a better experience 🙏

Amazing Support
Having been using this app for a number of years and loved it. They just did an update (first in six years) and lost all my data. However, I was able to communicate with their technical support. There were able to write a updated version that allowed historical user to retrieve their data. In addition, they listened to how end users interact with their app and make adjustments. Phenomenal customer and technical support!!!!

Love it just what I need
Keeps all my passwords organized very efficiently. I've used it for years. Love it. My only request is to integrate it with Touch/FaceID.
