the worst product ever
I recently purchased the lorex Bluetooth deadbolt, smart lock with touchpad it’s the worst lock ever the installation was fairly standard for the lock however, pairing the lock to my phone has been terrible, the iKeyConnect app does not work I deleted and restore the app to insure. My Bluetooth was on and in range when you’re away from the lock, the keypad will not work you have to be next to the lock for it to work worst product ever

A Let Down
I recently purchased Lorex’s Bluetooth Deadbolt Smart Lock with Touchpad. The installation was fairly standard for a lock, however pairing the lock to my phone has been a nightmare. The IKeyConnect app refuses to pair with the lock. I have done a factory rest to the smart lock, deleted and restored the app, ensured my Bluetooth was on and in range, and that I had pressed the SET button to activate pairing mode to no avail. As someone who has been buying Lorex products for several years now I am very let down by this and would not recommend this product at this time.

Worthless
Purchased this lock after Christmas, good buy only if it would connect to the app. Old version app worked and I can connect but this one doesn’t see my device in Bluetooth
