igloo by Axinan (Malaysia)

I have submit my verification by using the photo that the phone screen is fully operate and the policy already approve , but after that my screen damage and I submit the claim over than a week Igloo direct cancel my policy without and notice (suppose the approval will be reply within 3 days) , the igloo customer service inform that the screen already have defect during the evaluation so they have the right to cancel the policy without notice I wondering if the screen already have defect how they approve the policy ? And why only after I submit claim only saying the screen already have defect ? And after I raise the complaint they delete all my question and their reply inside the app , so lucky I did print screen for all this . If whoever want to buy this policy have to think twice .
