I love this app for when I don’t want to think and when I want to change it up. Which is all the time! Just open it up and there are tons of great options just for me! Easy to follow, creative, targeted ! let’s me focus on the movement instead of what should I do next or the same movements over and over!

I’ve been lifting weights for years, but have tended to neglect my core because I could never find any good routine or set of exercises that I liked. Well, this app has changed all that in a short amount of time. I love the variety of exercises, and great guidance on how to get the most out of each. Really outstanding program!

A lot of apps claim to be customizable, but iFour is truly designed with real people in mind. I took the fitness test, and based on my results it set me up with a ton of workouts. Not only can I use this on the go, it requires little to no equipment at all. So if you’re someone like me who’s schedule can get heavy during the week, this app is a game changer!
