Bought this drive are ago and now the app doesn’t even work. Lost all my photos thank you very much!!! Suggest that if you bought this drive to take it back and don’t even bother putting it your phone. #1 problem is the photos once they’re on the drive will not transfer back to phone or anywhere else, so I thought ok well I’ll just plug it into phone whenever I need or want to look at any photos. Well then 2024 went to plug it into my phone and the app will not even open. Now I have lost close to 1,000 photos. Thanks to the maker of this cheap horrific product. I guess you get what you pay for…never again!!!!

So this app just deleted my photos and videos, it did not save anything to the device and decided to only upload a percentage of the videos and images in my album. Also, in my attempt to remove photos from the external hard drive, the photos and videos were shuffled together, making it impossible to select which video and images I wanted to delete. After all, it won’t always download what you select and when you try to fix the problem by starting over, you end up unintentionally deleting information from the hard drive. I bought the iDiskk to save and preserve my videos and images and it did the opposite. What a rip off. Do not buy this product!

Why is there no option to drag and select multiple photos? Selecting individually by tapping each individual photo is easy to swipe out of the photo selection menu, causing me to have to scroll all the way back to the date of photos I want to back up. Either allow drag multi-selection, or allow to skip to a certain year, month, or date when searching back through photos.
