Sometimes the app works great, making it convenient to refill prescriptions. Other times, I try to do a refill and it takes me to a blank screen that tries to load unsuccessfully. It just spools endlessly and I can’t leave the screen. The only “fix” is to uninstall and reinstall the app, which gets really annoying after a while.

The app won’t even let me make an account! Keeps stating I’m using an invalid email even though I’m using auto fill to put my email in to ensure it’s all spelt 100% correctly. This app needs a serious update. How stupid!

Sign up in this app is not successful. Need to update this issue.
