I wish I would have read a review of this before I bought 2 of them. The app does not sync with iPhone and crashes no matter what you do. The instructions are trash and definitely not user friendly. Not even worth the paper it’s printed on!

For sure this piece of rubbish is just another rip off thing that is designed to get you to buy it and then there is NO TECHNICAL SUPPORT ! I would not be surprised if this thing collects data from Americans ! I give up trying to get this to do something and work when most every other buyer has the same problems. I also give up and am returning mine to the store for a full Refund. Let’s Go Brandon , Call your buddy in China and have them fix these already.

I bought this drive last year on Black Friday, the first drive did not connect to the iPhone, iPad or PC and was replaced. The replacement downloaded only the iPad pictures but when I tried to connect it to windows it was not recognized. I left to on the side for some time, lately I tried to connect it to the iPad it was not recognized by it so I lost the old backup and cannot backup again. Money lost on a piece of junk, I recommend to not buy it.
