I've been using this app for about a month and finding it immensely helpful. I set up two goals using statements I selected from the ones supplied with the app, and selected music to go with each goal. Running through just 5 minutes of the goal statements helps me feel more positive, confident, and capable of achieving my goals. I especially enjoy the notifications I set up to receive throughout the day. The statements included in the app are perfect reminders for me as I work toward my goals. This is a really good and cool app. I love how easy it is, but it does need. We’re now on iOS.

This app help you take the guess work out of finding affirmations or declarations to back your goals or desires. I love the simplicity of it yet so effective. The world can be full of negative noises and voices, but using this app helps to weed out unwanted negative voices and help you hold the image of the future you desire.
