Edit : After an update from app I was finally able to reconnect and control everything again It will not allow me to connect or allow me to log in since a week ago. Before that it worked fine and I could control everything. Now the thermostat has lost the wi-fi and won’t reconnect

UPDATED REVIEW- The update was nice while it lasted Heat only turns on when the app is opened the temp is currently reading on the app 76 it’s freezing I change the set point to 78 to get the heat running the temp is now 72 and no there is nothing wrong with my system it’s been check it’s only when we rely on this app that is supposed to make it convenient home or away please do another update or again allow a downgrade to original version max heat or AC doesn’t work using this app either. Ps it constantly not loading or logging you out asking to add your thermostat again is another issue I loved this app in its original version since the updates it’s been nothing but a headache running a York system and having issues the HVAC techs coming out twice can’t find anything wrong besides the app and the 2nd thermostat constantly going offline 😔Thank you REPLY DEVELOPER: no the app is no better no longer have control over humidity thresholds or temp threshold it changes the current house temp as soon as you turn heat or ac on if my house is at 73 and I set heat to 74 how is it possible it suddenly is 71 ? I'm sorry but your older version was ur best I'm infuriated with this app and I used to love it it was very straight forward even the appearance was better and easier to use why do I have to select heat "keep temp above set point and not just at the dang set point? ) (old review-It doesn't have half of the settings the old app has the temp set point make no sense it gives inaccurate temp when you manually change the temp it's not user friendly the old app was wonderful I can't stand this app it's causing my heat to run more hence electric bill higher can't stand that you can't refresh because if u pull down that silly wheel changes the temp set points I honestly just hate this app sorry can you tell me how to down grade this wasn't a voluntary update for me.

This app has been drastically improved and I hope they continue to make more improvements. Just a couple of suggestions: 1. Please show some stats on how much of the time the furnace or AC is running. Match this up with outdoor temperatures and unit set temperatures so we can tell if changes in settings are more or less energy efficient. Take a look at the DTE Energy app for ideas on how to do this so we can see hour, day, week, month and year trends at a glance. 2. I see Alexa integration, but I do not know how to make Siri work with your app. Adding this capability or instructions for it would be very helpful. What command am I to use with Siri to change the temperature on the upstairs thermostat? 3. Please use both the Location and Room names when referring to the thermostat names in settings. I have 3 thermostats and they all just show up as Home instead of Home Upstairs 4. Please include the ability to set the Filter Change notification in the app and include the date that the filters were changed so you know when it was last changed. Allow the Notification to be by hours used or months elapsed. I like to change my filters every 6 months. 5. Please make sure to include troubleshooting steps and definitions of error codes.
