I’ve had this app for years, it works flawlessly, there has only been a few occasions where my search didn’t come up. I submitted the report and the team responded to me directly with each report. The first time was due to me entering the incorrect model number and there even gave me the correct model none I was looking for so I could retry my search. The second time was truly equipment they didn’t have their database, not only did they email me all the info personally, they added it to their database by the end of the next day so it was searchable. I’m in several online forums and groups with other HVAC professionals, when someone asks about equipment I always share screenshots from this app and every time I get asked to share the link to this app by other techs…. It’s been well worth the money! I would like to see future updates include links to documents such as instillation manuals and tech support numbers.
I am a residential HVAC estimator and having this app in my pocket makes it so much easier to know what’s already in a customers home. The devs are very responsive, if something is missing and you request it to be added you generally hear back within 48 hours. Well worth the little money paid.
good app, I like it. I'll keep it for myself. but I would like more information about each unit, so that it would be enough to enter the model and get the most complete information about the device. rather than search different websites. Thank you.
