humanStreams: Mental Health

I love humanStreams. It gives me exactly what l'm looking for, being able to reflect on a range of topics without being or feeling judged. humanStreams allows me to go into a deeper reflection with the well thought out prompts. I'm also a big fan of having the choice to write, speak, add a picture, or draw. I ask myself how did I go so long without humanStreams 🫶🏾Awesome app!

As someone who struggles with mental health or just being more mindful in general this app is perfect! Even the graphic design is super cute, with water color backgrounds!🤩 I normally don’t like journaling, but the prompts on there are custom to what you want to work on specifically which I really enjoy! 😃 The prompts are read to you aloud so that’s another feature I really like, it also has examples of how to journal so you don’t feel “stuck” which is super helpful:)

As soon as you start using this user friendly app, you will notice that everything is carefully thought and designed, from the colors and graphic design to the most important action we can all start taking “Reflect”. This app makes it so easy to look into our past and work through things we may not have had the tools to solve problems, as well as working out present issues such as “relationships”. This app is different by helping us organize our mind in a world full of overwhelming duties. Love the narrator’s voice as well, A+++.
