Hullomail Voicemail

I’ve been using Hullomail for years. It’s a great voicemail app with great features and good support. The biggest reason I use it is having my voicemails emailed to me. This helps me by having a record of voicemails from people, or just having a copy in my inbox until I get a customer taken care of. A side benefit which I enjoy is having a custom greeting for individual numbers. It always impresses them to hear a personalized message from me if they get my voicemail. Lastly, I used to get so many robocalls that would leave 1, 2, or 3 second long empty voicemails, since they were listening for a live voice. I asked support to make mine reject any messages less than 5 seconds long. They accomplished this and it cut WAY down on the robocalls, I love it! Great app, and I’ll use it for years longer.

Are use this app every day to help me more efficiently run my business. The visual voicemail helps me screen calls so I can quickly prioritize who to call back and being able to email the entire voicemail message to my team is unbelievably helpful. It’s also convenient to have a text button in the app which streamlines the time it takes to respond. I have had no problems with the interface and highly recommend that everyone on my team uses it!

I have used HulloMail for years - the free and now the paid version. The free version served me well for many years and I upgraded to the paid version so I could have the benefit of call blocking. I have used HulloMail in place of my standard wireless carrier voicemail since I downloaded the app. The feature I love the most (other than call blocking in the paid version) is the ability to know when I've missed a call, whether it rang through to my phone, or my phone was turned off at the time the call came through. I highly recommend HulloMail!
