Had some issue re pets. I don't mind paying extra. But some drivers lack awareness with pets even if i call the firm to tell them. Then some get annoyed with me because of the cat, which I understand some pet owners are not more careful, but my cat sits on towels, in her carrier on my knee. The app doesn't even let us tell the driver we have a cat or dog which would be a useful feature. I have social anxiety so i prefer not to take a bus. So I've had a few frustrating encounters with drivers. Please add the option to add pets to the journey.

Used for the first time last night! Fantastic service, turned up on time, both drivers (going out and return) were pleasant and chatty appropriately. Impressed by app which let me track where the driver was, so didn’t have to stand in the cold. For a city without Uber, this firm is a godsend, and has needed a service like this for years! Makes me want to go out more 😂

I use this taxi firm along with all friends and family. “Usually” the best firm I’ve use. Booked a taxi in advance... taxi driver (ALI) then messaged saying had turned up even though was not outside. Taxi driver then rang to say he was outside (baring in mind we was stood outside with 2 very young children waiting) then told him he couldn’t be at the right address. Then rang the taxi company explaining that the driver must be at the wrong address... got told by the woman who answered it would get sorted. Probably 15-20 minutes later I then got a text saying he was outside... yet again he wasn’t. Third time I had rang the company to get told it would get sorted. FINALLY 5 minutes later he pulled up. The minute we got in the car it was uncomfortable! The driver was rude saying the address was wrong yet we had given the address correctly THREE times. Then to get called ignorant as he rang me to find out where we was 3 times “apparently” but it went to voicemail... yet that could be because we had been waiting in the cold for 20+ minutes and was on and off the phone to the company!! THEN to be over charged by this driver and got told it was a correct price BUT baring in mind we get taxi back and from this address at least once a week and it’s the same price every time round about! Extremely rude and are made to be very u comfortable yet alone intimidated. IF YOU USE THIS TAXI COMPANY I WOULD AVOID AT ALL COST GETTING IN WITH ALI!! Gutted to be writing a review as I don’t usually write them. ALI is definitely letting this good company down!
