HSK5 Learn Chinese Chinesimple

When I first started using the Chinesimple apps, the lifetime membership was relatively affordable. Now it’s $120. It was worth it at the lower price - it definitely isn’t worth $120! I continued to use the levels I hadn’t bought lifetime memberships for because there was enough free content to still be useful. Not anymore. They removed ad sponsored content and moved everything that used to be accessible for free with ads to the paid version. This was a money-grab, pure and simple. Now the app is practically useless if you can’t afford ridiculous fees. And before the devs come back saying there’s a monthly subscription option - that’s even worse. Don’t waste your time or money on this app.

I bought HSK5 pro but it doesn’t give me any of its features.

I completely agree that this app is a huge rip off. I do not want to pay and then have the app restricted. This is not a video game with levels this is a language app. I feel The developers are very disrespectful of learners who want to go at their own pace in their own way. I don’t want the app to limit how I progress. This could be a great app but I hate it.
