Too many error
Before this, always in loading state. after uninstall and install for few times, can view appointment. NOW, my email cannot be found. Try to register, but cannot register. stress me out. please la app developer.

Unable to reschedule an appointment
The app is generally okay, apart from when I wanted to reschedule an appointment. After I chose the specialty, when I wanted to choose the doctor, the only option available was to 'reset'. If I didn't choose the specialty first, I could choose 'no preference' for the doctor, but then the app is loading endlessly... Hopefully the app development team can debug this issue. Otherwise, the reschedule feature will never be usable.

Time-Saving App
No longer have to go to the hospital just to make and confirm my appointment. The app is easy to use and i dont have to worry about forgetting my appointment date. It helps to remind me the appointment i need to attend! They also provide option to have a video consultation. Such a great help 🥳
