The only useful aspect of the software is issuing rooms to room attendants. Beyond that, the software is garbage. The reports are clunky and very nearly unusable, the filters on the app are horrible, there’s no option to change room statuses, there’s no house statistics data/reports in a centralized location on the app or browser application and it’s very clear that the software was developed by people who have never worked in a hotel. The onboarding of Amadeus/hotsos was a colossal disaster and this whole system reminds me of 1997 hotmail.

Good app, works most of the time but definitely needs a 5 minute option for putting rooms on hold! I.e. return later…5 minutes instead of 15 being the shortest.

This is by far the worst app I’ve ever had to download. I spend more time at work trying to get this app to log me in than I do actually responding to calls. Like since when is it acceptable to make me login 5 times in a row because it just keeps failing but even then it’s not guaranteed because after you finally log in the app will crash and you have to do it all over again.
