Ratings can be way off !
So I tried to use this app in Colorado. Not far from Denver. Place looked good on its website and the reviews were really good. The reality of the place was another matter. Very dirty carpet. Holes in rug & all furniture was very tired. Holes in walls and small television. Dirt here and there. Neighborhood not great and the motel had a number of permanent renters. Bad, bad by any definition. Yet, the motel garnered really good reviews from other patrons despite the fact that the place was a hell hole. My point is: be careful with accepting anything in the reviews on this app. I have found them an unreliable predictor here. This app is not solid and should be passed in favor of one with real reviews.
