It has been some time since I’ve used hoppygo for first time. Their service is outstanding and I also appreciate good quality of cars. I can recommend this company. Their customer care is also excellent!

They have a great costumer service. As I needed fast approval of my profile and had an issue due to the quality of my uploaded documents, I reached out to them and a nice employee names Tereza handled my case fast, easy and with a very friendly attitude!

I love the app and the idea. I am renting my car through the platform and could not be more happy. They have awesome customer service that replies within minutes and also picks up phone immediatelly (even on weekends). The only thing I am missing is loading prices for each days. I hope it will change and I will be able to create more dynamic pricing policy.
