Devices (x’4) constantly drop offline and will not reset. Tried customer service and continuously get messages that they are busy and will get back to you in 24/48 hours. Still waiting for them to answer my questions they also want to bill you every 7 days for each camera in service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP OR SERVICE!!!

Very useful hard to translate at times the recent updates has the motion tracking reversed. It will unfollowed whoever it’s supposed to be following.

Works well with my two megapixel three lens 10 X zoom Wi-Fi camera. Occasionally the app does crash for no reason. If there was one feature I’d like added to the app it would be the ability to schedule the preset position for the ball camera so when the sun sets I don’t have the camera pointing directly at the sun.
