I’ve had to use this device twice now. Once I locked my keys in my car. Scheduled on the app, waited 45 minutes and no one showed. Called after an hour and a half, was on hold for 20 minutes. Machine said I would get a call back and I never did. Finally get ahold of the towing company and they told me they don’t even service my area or have anyone available. Was able to get my spare key in the two and a half hours I waited. Second time needed a tow, no one ever showed up. Get a call 4 hours later about a tow truck. Ridiculous!
I don’t recommend this service. I called for roadside assistance at 4:28 pm. I was stranded on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere and I express that several times to the people on the phone and the tow truck company. 9:07 pm and the tow truck is just now picking my car up. The tow truck company clerk kept giving me false ETAs and I was still stranded! This is not the first time this has happened! Previously It happened to my son as well he called at 7:00 am and no one came at all. I called at 9:00 am and they canceled my service call without my knowledge. I am very upset due to the fact that your company refused to call a different tow company. The lady I talked to said that she would find another company and call me back but she never called back. I am not happy and someone has to fix the issues that this company has. This is unacceptable. Horrible service plan. I will be canceling and getting AAA.
