HAC has been a life saver in so many ways. Not only helping to condition my deteriorating body so that I can perform every day skills and play golf but the entire experience and atmosphere there. It is so well equipped, clean, efficient and the cafe is wonderful! Everyone is so congenial and a pleasure to be with. The classes are so much fun I don’t even feel like I’m working out— until it’s over and then I know it was successful. The instructors are so well trained and pay attention to technique so that an individual doesn’t injure his or herself. Once we were vaccinated and felt safe to return, it was so nice to be able to interact safely with friends both new and old. Having ELETE PHYSICAL THERAPY right in the facility has been a great help for my husband and me since we have needed PT many times, due to our aging bodies. Thank you.

This class and teacher are new to me since I only just returned to HAC. Patti’s classes are great. She teaches the routine prior to the music so I am able to learn the routine quickly and actively participate in the class doing the exercises correctly. Great class and teacher👍
