My experience with HMH 24/7 and Dr. Emily Hayden DO was great, efficient and informative. I would recommend this service to all my family and friends as a great alternative to in person visits with the opportunity to see a provider quickly on a weekend and triage the need to be seen in person. The intake process was easy to follow and input the diagnostic information necessary to determine a diagnostic differential and treatment plan.

First time using the app It’s was the best thing I could do. While away from home on college tour with my kid, and I felt so helpless with pain in my eye, and hours of driving ahead of me, the app was a great resource. Not too complicated to use , (I had to answer some questions, take profiles pics and wait in a virtual waiting room, then I saw the Dr) The Doctor was really good (Dr. Grace) overall great highly recommended!!!

I’ve been feeling very congested this week and my supervisor shared with our team today this HMH 24/7app. I downloaded the app to my phone and called the Care Concierge Team. The representative was very helpful with letting me know how to add an account from the app and they were able to get me an appointment within the hour!!! The app took my history and the doctor reviewed it with me during my visit. The virtual connection was clear and the doctor was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Following the call I received a message from HMH 24/7 with a visit summary and an alert of what pharmacy script was sent. Very convenient process and I feel I’m on my way to feeling better already 🤧😷
