I don’t quite understand why I cannot use the app while traveling? What does it matter where in the world you are if you are a properly registered HK resident? Also, the Mark6 part can be very confusing, I still don’t know how do I check whether I won anything. App should be able to tell me exactly, immediately. 🤷‍♀️

I have never left a comment on any other app, but this app is absolutely user-hostile. Every time I want to check the Mark Six results with my bet, I have to put in ridiculous effort to do so. I don’t know what’s wrong with this app, given its poor design for such a basic and ordinary requirement. There are also so many useless functions that make the user interface crowded. Please separate the Mark Six checking from all those unnecessary components into two separate apps, this would bring about world peace. Thank you.

Thank you HKJC, after feedback for 10+ years, finally the transaction history search is calendar view (instead of asking you to select the start date and end date in a slot machine style box, and then give u error when select more than 8 days) , so much more convenient now, now can easily check last Wed transactions (instead of to find out what is the date of last Wed). And it has the “Last 8 days” button, very good, thank you.
