Pathetic
Customer service is completely pathetic, the app keeps crashing, otp to login always has an issue! It’s been a week since I withdrew money from the app it’s not yet hit my account! Be careful!!!! Would not recommend them there’s other better apps in Kenya!

Improvements required
I placed an order 2days ago that hasn’t reflected on my holdings yet the amount has been deducted from my wallet. I contacted customer care via email (since in the app there is no such option) but i have not received a response upto now
