Now I have paid $20 for two games that freeze at the same point 5 minutes into game. I jumped hoops to leave message about D3 on support page to no avail. This time it goes here. The whole game freezes when you splash the dialogue box across the page, on a top layer, about making high-reputation choices. In D3 for giving the 3 tickets and here for “of course I’ll help”. The screen freezes without opportunity to exit in any manner except to use app switcher to force quit. Am both ticked and disappointed because they both look like great games and can do nothing until you fix them. Am on IPad Pro 12.9 6th gen running iPadOS 26.5
Well, Domini gives you a lot of bang for your buck! The game was very lengthy. In this format, Chapter 4 is considered the bonus chapter. There are 2 versions of the game: standard and deluxe, with only $1 difference. Fantasy is not my genre, and all of the forest scenes looked identical to me. There was a plethora of tasks to accomplish at each location. However, very little innovation was shown with inventory items. Same old tools! Screwdrivers, shovels, wrenches, etc. There were several glitches, including the game freezing at the beginning of Chapter Three, but no loss of progress. There were no fatal errors! I do not know what happened where the first decision point was a problem. I found no issue whatsoever. The basis of the story is that as a Velimir, a hunter, you must save the forest and its inhabitants from being turned into rootwads by an evil entity called the Blight. There was a good variety of HO scenes, but I really miss the match-3 alternative puzzle. I also do not enjoy collecting 140 of the same type of collectible. Around every corner lurked a puzzle or mini-game. None of these were new, and most were rotational. Due to poor touchscreen sensitivity, several were so difficult to manipulate that I had to skip them. I found this game somewhat tedious to play. That being said, my rating will be 3.5 stars. The game lacked creativity and novelty and was merely average.
I think this is a great game…no bonus because it was long enough on its on….colorful and a good storyline…thanks
