Hidden Journey: Find Objects

I have played this game for a while and really liked it, however, I tried to purchase a $9.99 bundle 3 times because when I purchased the first one it said it could not be completed so I tried again twice more when I found it was taking my money but not giving me the bundles I paid for. I tried communicating with the games customer support but they only gave me Apples website to get a refund, however, they told me that I was not eligible for a refund without telling me why I was not eligible. This game’s customer service also does not give me any satisfaction in telling me why I did not get the bundles I paid for. This whole thing is a big scam, I am out $30 and have no product I paid for. I am now going to delete this game and will never get another game put out by this company because they are not reliable to give you what you pay for. Please be aware that the people who put out this game cannot be trusted to give you what you pay for. If you give money for an in-app purchase and don’t receive the product you are out of luck because you can’t get the product and you are out the money they stole from you. BEWARE!

I love HO games! This is one of the better but there are a few problems. First there are WAY too many ads. I realize that every business has to make money but an ad after each scene? It takes almost as long to watch the ad as it does to play a scene. The other issue I am having is that there are quite a few things that are misnamed (ex. a golf club is call a hockey stick). It’s difficult to finish a scene when looking for the wrong object.

Love the game, love the graphics. Got to the end which says more coming...have they come? How do I get the update? In settings, it says version 1.3.6 I got it several months ago. I did skip over the challenges so am going back to them now. There are a few things I never figured out. I upgraded the times & got all the animals at the beginning. I’ve accumulated billions in gold coins but don’t know what to do with them? And, what are the animals for? Cons: sometimes the ad videos won’t play so can’t get reward. Dislike ads where you cannot turn off the sound. Need way to earn extra stars. Too addictive! Thanks
