What a Hoax!!
I downloaded and installed the program, easy enough. Then I ran my ancestral profile. It came back 18% German, and the rest spread all over France, the UK, and Scandinavia. What?!?! My father’s grandparents spoke German because they were born in Germany. The family name is a very common German name. My mother‘s parents were born in Italy. They spoke Italian and fractured English. So according to my well documented family, I am third generation German and second generation Italian. So only 18% German? Where did all that French / UK / Scandinavian come from? And no Italian at all? After only two generations? I think that the people who publish this software are taking a flying leap at a blank wall in the dark, and hoping you won’t know any better. Don’t waste your money!

Won’t Open
I downloaded this app this morning and I have tried to open it and it won’t open. It says it’s an internet issue but I have great service. I even tried opening this app with WiFi and it still won’t open.
