I love this app! Super simple and easy to use. I use it to track my goal of meditating 30 minutes per day. It counts down the time I spend meditating and when I hit 30 minutes it will mark that goal as complete for the day. This app has helped me stay consistent with my meditation goal. I also use it to track daily activities, like walking the dog. I’ll time the walks and the app will log them so I can refer back to when the last time the dog was out (and I can see how many hours per week I have spent walking him - which is kind of crazy, lol). This app has helped me see my progress towards my goals and seeing that in turn keeps me consistent!
I’ve been using this app every single day for a little over 5 years now. Originally I started using it to track how many hours I was practicing guitar. But eventually I started using it for every task throughout my day. You can add new tasks, edit the tasks, etc. My favorite feature is the breakdown tab, which shows the hours spent and the percentage of all of your tasks throughout the day, week, month, and all time. This helps me look back at a week or month and prioritize certain tasks for the next week, or month. If there are certain tasks I want to increase output for, I can look at the breakdown tab and know which ones I should focus on more in the future. Overall a very useful app that is simple to use and navigate. It helps me prioritize certain things in my life and allows me to see how I’m spending my time. Highly recommended!
