Excellent app and service - use your own profile
I have tried no less than 4 hearing aid apps. This one was the best! I have moderate to severe hearing loss and had problems with my ears being irritated with power ear molds so I wanted an open ear way to hear. This app works for me with bone conducting headphones. This might not work with all types of hearing loss but it works for me! Hint: the staff were very helpful and helped me figure out I needed to delete the other profiles as it was defaulting to one I didn’t want to use.

Cannot connect hearing aids to the app.
I always get a message to connect to the device (iPhone) no matter which option I try. Any suggestions please?
