This app has help guide me in my “Healthier Me” journey. With the accountability from my nutrition coach at my gym, using this app I can find what helps me to stay on track. I can set my habits and check them off each day. I like that you can take a pic of your food and it does a good job of adding up your nutrients. You can add or take away ingredients and save your fave recipes. This helps so much with meal planing and it will make your grocery list for you. It’s simple to use & a great tool to help me reach my goals.
I’ve tried so many fitness apps, but the Healthy Steps Nutrition App is on a different level. What I love most is that it doesn’t just track what I eat, it actually helps me build sustainable habits for the long run. Being able to snap a photo of my meal and get instant feedback from their RD trained AI is a game changer for staying on track. It’s not just about food! The app helps me track my sleep, movement, and even mindset, giving me a full picture of my health. Whether you're working with a coach or using the education library, the app keeps you motivated with streaks and progress tracking. It syncs perfectly with Apple Health and my wearables like my Garmin, making it the central hub for all my wellness data. It’s clear it was built by experts who care about long-term health.
I’ve been working with Healthy Steps Nutrition for a while now, but their new app has completely taken things to another level. It’s honestly been a game changer for my nutrition. Before the app, I had the knowledge—but staying consistent day-to-day was the real challenge. Now everything is in one place: tracking habits, logging meals, messaging my coach, and actually seeing my progress over time. It’s simple, clean, and makes it almost impossible to fall off track unless you choose to. What really stands out is how personalized everything feels. This isn’t some generic calorie-counting app—it’s built around real coaching. I’m not just guessing what to eat or hoping I’m doing it right. I have structure, accountability, and clear direction. Since using the app, I’ve been more consistent, more aware of my habits, and way more in control of my nutrition. If you’re serious about improving your health and want something that actually works in real life—not just in theory—this is it. Highly recommend Healthy Steps Nutrition, especially with the new app. It’s made a bigger impact than I expected.
