Dr Vasundra physiotherapist is not answering call we paid fees but no answer of call and even no reply on chat

This app is a total fraud .. they take money in advance and give an appointment but then you are left chasing inefficient support staff. No update on what happened to the money or your appointment. Stay away for this one

Pathetic service they have in Gurgaon center Dr Kunal is miserable… he only knows to put the blame on the patients nd attendants… Khushboo the coordinator is only interested in getting new patients Rajesh has no control on GDA staffs My patient Dr A N Sinha faced a lot of issues like, 1) Dipers not being changed on time… After passing stool the GDA staff used to come after 30 to 45 minutes… They used to tell Rajesh on his face that the GDA staffs are not responsible to clean stool… 2) For physiotherapy there were no fixed schedule nd they use to say… karvana hain to karo nahi yo rehne do… 3) We escalated to Dr Kunal.. he assured for investigation and did nothing rather sent a threatening message to me stating he file file a police complaint or case against me…. I have the WhatsApp msg in my ph to prove 4) Dr Kunal said he is no longer working inHCAH so escalate to whoever you want to… and Rajesh stated that he has not resigned while not coming since last 15 days 5) Never the wheelchairs are available… infact if you want to patients to step out of the room they candidly say… Apna wheel chair le aao… We bought one after this as we never wanted the patient to suffer… 6) We had a stay for 2 months and the bed sheets for attendants were changed only for 5/6 times 7)The staffs fills the papers of BP nd palpitation without checking Good concept with pathetic service in the center with no one to look at
