HAVEN - Preventative Security

The guest e-key function is not practical. The guest should not be required to create a profile on the HAVEN app in order to temporarily unlock the door. If they don’t own a HAVEN lock, they have no other use for the account once they’re done unlocking my door. Please add a guest access on the app that doesn’t require the guest to create an account. Or better yet, a way for the guest to use the e-key without having to download the app at all. If this is used for a guest staying in a short term rental, the guest does not want to download an app to use a few times.

App doesn’t work. I read instructions and did them about 5 times. Nothing is working. Terrible app. Will be getting ahold of customer service about returning. Wish I could give you no stars.

The app works and don’t crash stable platform. Not a lot of flexibility I can unlock and lock my doors and give out keys. Very cool functionality. Would be awesome to integrate with Apple HomeKit or offer the flexibility to schedule opening and closing. Like automatically set over night or leave open during high traffic times and auto lock during less traffic. That not hardware that’s code and very simple.
