HarvestersCU Mobile Banking

I recently got scammed and they were right on it as soon as I called. Thank you so much Harvesters credit Union !!!!

The app is ok. It’s a banking app. The bank on the other hand would be a 1 out of 10. There have been several time during holidays and weekends where I have been out of town or at the hunting camp and my card not work. My father and I both bank with harvesters. For instance my dad and I were in Monroeville and I tried to use my card and there was a technical error so my Dad was going to pay for it with his harvesters card and it didn’t work either. Come Monday we call the bank and they said there computer went down. This was a holiday weekend and we were out of town for a week. I asked the bank what am I supposed to do I’m out of town and need gas. They said come by the bank and get some money from my account. In my opinion this is the crappiest credit union out there. If I was to refer a bank this credit union wouldn’t be in the ball park.

The app is good for viewing transactions, but that’s about it. I attempted to get my account number for a deposit from the website. I entered what Harvesters indicated was my account number. When I was told the other bank received an error I called and Harvesters said “we don’t show the entire account number for your protection” mind you can they only left off one digit from the number I had. It was totally inconvenient. Especially with me going through 2 step verification to ensure it’s me and my information not be correct.
