I have many meditation and mindfulness apps on my phone, many are over complicated. The happy tabs journal is really simple and easy to do when feeling depressed. My favorite promos are the ones that collect pictures from your phone. When I look back at my past days the photos of friends and family cheer me up. I’m going to keep on playing and see if I can unlock those secret crystals! 💎
HappyTabs makes positive psychology fun, personal, and surprisingly addictive. Every day, you get 5 tabs — beautifully illustrated prompt cards that...
